Manufacturing Process

We introduce the manufacturing process of the products.

01

Design

A Commitment to Quality and Advanced Engineering to Meet Diverse Needs

DEFORM

DEFORM is a CAE software which enables to simulate all sorts of molding pattern such as how metallic materials would be changed, load condition for tools, change in shape after heat treatment or prediction of small piece of scrap when we cut it off.Using cutting-edge numerical analysis technology, our CAE software simulates a wide range of manufacturing phenomena—such as material flow, tool load conditions, deformation during heat treatment, and chip formation during machining—all within a virtual environment.

By utilizing DEFORM for virtual forging, we are able to develop new forming methods and significantly reduce tooling trial losses.

02

Mold

Expert Die-Making Technology—Essential to the Products We Take Pride In

Mold

Dies are manufactured using NC lathes based on precise design data.
Our facility operates 24/7 with in-house NC lathes, enabling us to respond quickly to urgent orders and design changes.

03

Forging

Combining Heat and Cold Processes to Enable the Production of Complex, High-Quality Components

Hot forging

In hot forging, the material is heated above its recrystallization temperature—typically over 900°C—to reduce deformation resistance, then shaped under pressure using dies.
Vertical hot forging machines allow for the production of complex, irregularly shaped components, while horizontal hot forging machines enable high-speed, high-volume manufacturing through rapid rotation.

Cold forging

Cold forging is performed at room temperature, allowing for the production of components with greater dimensional accuracy compared to hot forging.
At our company, we employ a combined processing method in which products initially shaped through hot forging undergo secondary processing with cold forging—resulting in even higher precision and quality.

04

Fabricating

Advanced Technology and Comprehensive Facilities—Delivering the Best Possible Products

Non-Oxidizing Annealing Furnace

This continuous furnace is used for spheroidizing annealing of forged products and operates on a fully automated cycle from loading to unloading.
The internal atmosphere is controlled using an oxygen sensor based on O₂ millivolt values, ensuring uniform softening of the steel and spheroidization of carbides. This process facilitates secondary operations such as cold working and machining.

Shot blast

Steel balls with a diameter of 1.2 mm are blasted to remove burrs and scale from forged products.

Cold rolling

In the cold rolling process, pressure is applied to hot-forged products to spread and shape them with greater precision.
This method not only enhances dimensional accuracy but also significantly improves material yield, showcasing our advanced technical capabilities.

05

Test

Rigorous Quality Control with a Wide Range of Inspection Equipment

Using a variety of inspection equipment—including shape measurement instruments and hardness testers—we thoroughly examine each product to ensure it meets specifications.
From intermediate inspections such as Rockwell hardness testing after heat treatment to final pre-shipment checks using shape and image measurement systems, only products that pass the strict evaluations of our skilled technicians are approved for delivery.
